OUR LADY OF FATIMA AND THE HOLY FATHER

This treatise is primarily written for traditional Catholics, and it is expected that they are acquainted with the events which took place at Fatima in 1917 and with the message from Heaven which was transmitted there. The authenticity of the occurrences at Fatima is beyond dispute and has been verified by competent Church authorities.

To refresh the memory of my readers, I shall quote the highlights of this message as given by the Mother of God to Lucia. I shall do this by quoting from Sister Lucia's Memoirs which have been published by the Postulation Centre, Fatima, Portugal. It was on July 13, 1917 that Our Lady had given Lucia and her two cousins a vision of hell and then said to them:

"You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace. The war is going to end; but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one will break out during the pontificate of Pius XI. When you see a night illumined by an unknown light, know that this is the great sign given you by God that he is about to punish the world for its crimes, by means of war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father."

"To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If my requests are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world. In Portugal, the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved; etc..."

Almost twelve years later, on June 13, 1929, Our Lady appeared again to Lucia, gave her a vision of the Mystery of the Most Holy Trinity and then said to her:

"The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father, in union with all the Bishops of the world, to make the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means. There are so many souls whom the Justice of God condemns for sins committed against me, that I have come to ask reparation: sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray."

Pope Pius XI and Pope Pius XII were very well aware of this request from Heaven and did not obey. The requested consecration of Russia in the requested form has never been made. As a consequence of this, mankind had to go through the holocaust of World War II, Russia is spreading her errors throughout the whole world, and the Church is persecuted as she has never been persecuted before. Many Catholics do not realize that the Church is persecuted because they have not realized that the so-called Catholic Church of today is not the traditional Catholic Church anymore but is the Robber Church. Since John XXIII who succeeded Pius XII, the Church is under the control of the Synagogue of Satan, and the whole hierarchy, with very few exceptions, have lost the Catholic Faith. Many authors have written on this sad subject, and there is therefore no great need to dwell on this aspect too much in this treatise.

However, for the benefit of those readers who have not yet realized the full extent of this falling-away from the Faith, I wish to refer to a manifesto which was submitted to John Paul II by two traditional bishops, Archbishop Marcel Lefèbvre and Bishop Antonio de Castro-Mayer. This manifesto was dated November 21, 1983 in Rio de Janeiro and was accompanied by a brief resume of principal errors of Conciliar Ecclesiology. The Roman Catholic, a traditional monthly magazine published in Oyster Bay, N.Y., U.S.A., printed the manifesto in its January 1984 issue and the resume in its February 1984 issue. I agree with what these two bishops had to say, except for the manner and intent with which they addressed John Paul II. They addressed him as "Most Holy Father" when in fact and in law he is an anti-pope which I shall demonstrate in this treatise. I shall also demonstrate that his immediate three predecessors, John Paul I, Paul VI and John XXIII, were equally illegitimate popes. Furthermore, to ask John Paul II to restore the Catholic Faith, as the two bishops did, is almost like asking the devil himself to save the Church of Christ.

However, before demonstrating the illegitimacy of the hierarchy of the Reformed Catholic Church, it is proper to comment on the disobedience of Pius XI and Pius XII regarding the divine requests of Fatima. These requests were made by God to test the faith of pope and episcopacy who failed to comply because the influence of the Synagogue of Satan, who already had in great numbers infiltrated the hierarchy under Pius XI and Pius XII, was stronger than the hierarchy's desire to comply with God's will. Under the reign of these two popes, the takeover of the government of the Church by the Synagogue of Satan was already prepared and became an accomplished fact under John XXIII. Now, what reason did Our Lady of Fatima have when she said to Lucia: "... In Portugal, the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved..."? Obviously, evil forces were already at work within the Church to destroy the dogma of the Faith which, as it turned out, was eventually buried in Rome at the Second Vatican Council. The Reformed Catholic Church did not preserve the dogma of the Faith, and all traditional Catholics are aware of this sad situation.

Ever since its foundation, the Church of Christ had to contend with infiltrators of the Synagogue of Satan (Jude 1:4), but never has the devil been so successful in turning the members of the Body of Christ away from the true Faith as in our time. Judas Iscariot was a sign of what was to come, and no schism and no heresy have done as much harm to the Church as the reforms coming out of the Second Vatican Council. Particularly outstanding among those reforms are the following:

1. A new doctrine of faith and morals based on the Documents of Vatican II which were used to replace the Catechism of the Council of Trent.
2. A new and sacrilegious Mass in violation of Pope St. Pius V's apostolic constitution Quo Primum which prohibited any future changes whatsoever to the Mass.
3. A new breviary saturated with pofel and designed to destroy what little faith priests had left.
4. New Bible translations full of deliberate and essential errors to misguide the student of Sacred Scripture. These false translations are also used as readings during the New Mass so that no Catholic shall escape this confusion.
5. New rites for the Sacraments, which were designed in such a manner that they destroy the life of grace rather than restore it. And here are particularly worth mentioning:

a) The Holy Eucharist being turned into a meal and probably having no validity anymore.
b) The new sacrament of penance playing down the gravity of sin.
c) The new sacrament of orders being invalid and there-fore creating an invalidly ordained episcopacy and subordinated priesthood which means the death of all sacramental life and consequent death of the Church Militant.
d) The Sacraments in general: Everyone should know the teachings of the Catechism of the Council of Trent in this respect, which states: "... the form is so definite that any, even a casual deviation from it renders the sacrament null." But in the spirit of Vatican II, everything has become casual in the Reformed Catholic Church; to be solemn and sincere is nowadays a sin.

A real catastrophe has befallen the Church of Christ which could have been prevented by Pius XI and by Pius XII if they would have complied with the divine requests of Fatima by consecrating, in union with all the bishops of the world, Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Our Lady. They had the power to suspend any bishop who did not want to participate in this consecration. After all, God does not ask for the impossible! The sad fact is that these two popes were not strong in their faith. I am not in a position to judge whether these two popes were actual accomplices to the conspiracy or whether they were only too timid and duped to comply with God's will. In due course of time however, the apostolic authority of the Church will be restored, Russia will be converted, and the whole conspiracy, which has been hatched there according to Our Lady of Fatima, will be exposed. Then, the Church will pronounce judgment upon Pius XI and Plus XII, and they will either be vindicated or condemned as it happened to Pope Honorius I (625-638).

In this connection, it is interesting to quote from the sentence passed on Honorius I by the Third General Council of Constantinople in 681. This sentence was approved by the legates of Pope St. Agatho (678-681) and reads as follows:

"... the names of those whose wicked teaching we execrate shall be cast out of the Holy Church of God, that is Sergius, Cyrus of Alexandria, Pyrrhus, Paul and Peter, patriarchs of Constantinople... persons, all of them, mentioned by Agatho in his letter and cast out by him. And in addition to these, we decide that Honorius also, who was Pope of the Older Rome, be with them cast out of the Holy Church of God, and be anathematized with them, because we have found by his letter to Sergius that he followed his opinion in all things and confirmed his wicked teaching..."

Now, the Church did not posthumously send Honorius I to eternal damnation, she only confirmed what already had taken place. Honorius had already been judged by God when he died. But when it became known to all the council fathers that Honorius had fallen into heresy and had not returned to the true Faith before his death, they deemed it necessary to confirm the divine judgment.

Many Catholics have the erroneous belief that popes cannot go to eternal damnation and that therefore blind obedience to the reigning pope assures them of their own salvation. They do not know their Faith and neither do they know that up to the General Council of Constance (1415) there have been a total of thirty-eight anti-popes, not including Honorius I. Many Catholics do not even know what an anti-pope is.

An anti-pope is an usurper who unlawfully occupies the Chair of Peter. John XXIII no. 1, who was deposed during the Council of Constance in 1415, was anti-pope no. 38. John XXIII no. 2, who succeeded Pius XII, Paul VI, John Paul I and John Paul II are also all anti-popes. This I shall demonstrate by referring to the law of the Church. But to understand the ecclesiastical law, it is necessary to be aware that it is derived from the following divine words of institution:

Matthew 16 (Christ to the Prince of the Apostles):
18. And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
19. And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven.

Matthew 18 (Christ to the Apostles collectively):
18. Amen I say to you, whatsoever you shall bind upon earth, shall be bound also in heaven; and whatsoever you shall loose upon earth, shall be loosed also in heaven.
19. Again I say to you, that if two of you shall consent upon earth, concerning any thing whatsoever they shall ask, it shall be done to them by my father who is in heaven.
20. For where there are two or three gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

With these words, Our Lord clearly established the primacy of Blessed Peter which Pope Boniface VIII in 1302 with his bull Unam Sanctam explains thus: "... the one and only Church has one body, one head (not two heads, like a monster); namely, Christ and his Vicar Peter, and the successor of Peter..." This was further explained by the First Vatican Council in 1870 with the Dogmatic Constitution on the Church of Christ which has the seal of infallibility: "... The disposition made by Incarnate Truth therefore remains, and Blessed Peter, abiding in the rock's strength which he received, has not abandoned the direction of the Church..." Therefore, the Roman Pontiff is only insofar the Vicar of Christ on earth as he is at all times subject to the apostolic will of Blessed Peter.

This is very little understood by many Catholics whom the Synagogue of Satan has made to believe that the Roman Pontiff, as successor of Peter, is himself the rock upon which Christ is building His Church, and that one pope cannot bind another pope. If this would be so that every pope constitutes a rock by himself, then Christ would not be building His Church on one rock but on many rocks; in fact, he would be building his Church on sand. This is exactly what the devil and his servants want the faithful to believe. But, as already mentioned, the Roman Pontiff is at all times subject to the apostolic will of Peter and so is the whole hierarchy of the Church of Christ. For this reason, the Church introduced the Profession of the Catholic Faith to be taken by all priests at ordination and the Coronation Oath of the Pope. Copies of both documents are appended to this treatise, and it would be wise for the reader to study both at this point. Appended is also a bull of Pope Paul IV of 1559 which may as well be studied at this stage.

From this it should be clear that, if a pope promulgates an apostolic constitution, it is Blessed Peter who is binding his successors for all future time. Therefore, if a pope publicly violates an apostolic constitution, he publicly violates his coronation oath and also his priestly oath and thereby falls publicly away from the Catholic Faith. Such perfidious acts were committed by John XXIII no. 2, Paul VI, John Paul I and John Paul II, all of whom violated in particular the following:

1. The apostolic constitution Quo Primum promulgated by Pope St. Pius V in 1570. With this constitution the Roman Missal was declared normative for the Roman Rite and all other rites for celebrating Mass were frozen as they were at that time for at least the 200 preceding years. St. Pius V decreed that this constitution will be valid henceforth, now and forever, that it cannot be revoked or modified and that, if anyone would violate it, he should know that he will incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul. This constitution appeared in Latin in every official Altar Missal from 1570 until the New Mass was introduced, then it was conveniently dropped. Therefore, all priests should have been aware of the violation of this constitution.

2. The apostolic constitution Postquam Vetus promulgated by Pope Sixtus V in 1586. By this constitution, the number of cardinals was limited for all future time to the maximum of seventy, thus composed: six Cardinal Bishops, fifty Cardinal Priests and fourteen Cardinal Deacons. This number of seventy is based on the seventy elders which formed the counsel of Moses (Exodus 24:1).

3. The apostolic constitution promulgated by Pope Clement VIII in 1592 proscribing and condemning forever the impious Talmudic, Cabalistic and other nefarious books of the Jews. Clement VIII expressly and specifically stated that these books must remain always condemned and prohibited, and that this constitution must be perpetually and inviolably observed. In spite of this constitution, the Second Vatican Councel decreed with its Declaration on the Relationship of the Church to Non-Christian Religions the following: "... Since the spiritual patrimony common to Christians and Jews is thus so great, this sacred Synod wishes to foster and recommend that mutual understanding and respect which is the fruit above all of biblical and theological studies, and of brotherly dialogues."

4. The apostolic constitution Quo Graviora promulgated by Pope Leo XII (1823-1829). This constitution put together the acts and decrees of former pontiffs regarding the condemnation of Freemasonry and other secret societies, and ratified and confirmed them forever. But Freemasons and other infiltrators are occupying today the highest positions in the Church. As a matter of fact, they organized and dominated the Second Vatican Council.

5. The Code of Canon Law promulgated by Pope Benedict XV in 1917. This code applies primarily to the Latin Rite, but the Oriental Rites are also partially bound by it. It was not a new law but rather a codification of already existing law with some emendations. It was intended to be permanent as is quite evident from Benedict XV's Motu Proprio.

Now, the only conceivable way to amend a permanent law promulgated by the Apostolic See, is to prove that the existing law is inadequate and that unforseen circumstances have arisen which make it necessary to change the law for the greater good of the Church. Neither John XXIII no. 2, nor Paul VI, nor John Paul I, nor John Paul II have submitted such proof. They simply violated the irrevocable law of the Church, and almost the whole hierarchy went along with these violations, believing that one pope cannot bind another pope because a pope can loosen any law. That this is not so has already been explained. Whatsoever is bound by Peter forever on earth, is also bound forever in Heaven and therefore cannot be loosened on earth anymore. How could Christ build His Church on the rock of Peter if Peter could not bind his successors with permanent laws? Where would be the mortar to hold the building stones of the Church together for all future time if with any new pope this mortar could be removed at will? Such power of loosening, Christ has never bestowed on any successor of Peter. But the perfidious John XXIII no. 2 and his successors presumed just that and, for the time being, got away with their evil acts, because hierarchy and laity were either ignorant or neglectful in observing ecclesiastical law and thus preserving their Faith.

However, the First Vatican Council in 1870 with the Dogmatic Constitution on the Catholic Faith declared the following:

"And since it is not sufficient to shun heretical pravity, unless those errors also be diligently avoided which more or less nearly approach it. We admonish all men of the further duty of observing the constitutions and decrees by which such erroneous opinions as are not here expressly enumerated have been proscribed and condemned by the Holy See."

This constitution is also the basis for c. 1324 of the Code of Canon Law which is as follows: It is not enough to avoid heresy, but one must carefully shun all errors which more or less approach it; hence all must observe the constitutions and decrees by which the Holy See has proscribed and forbidden opinions of that sort.

In view of this, there is really no excuse for anybody of sound mind to be completely ignorant of the doctrines and the law of the Church. There are plenty of good books on this subject available. Considering the amount of time and money being spent on buying and reading daily newspapers, magazines, fiction and other kinds of nonsense, not to mention pornography, while remaining ignorant about the Catholic Faith and ecclesiastical law, makes it quite clear to the faithful Catholic why God permitted the revolution within the Church to be successful: If you do not care for your Faith, you will loose it. After all, Faith itself is a gift of God. This has been defined by the First Vatican Council with the Dogmatic Constitutionthe Catholic Faith. He who can give freely can also take away freely.

And this is what has happened: God has been and still is punishing a sinful world and, in particular, sinful Catholics. The catastrophe which has befallen the Church, could have easily been prevented if Catholics in general would have cared and known a little bit about their Faith and the law of the Church. Take the Code of Canon Law: It clearly expresses the divine will. It is unlike secular pieces of legislation as for example the Income Tax Acts of many countries, which bestow benefits on the rich, oppressive burdens on the poor and provide loopholes for the insiders to cover up their criminal activities. The Code of Canon Law is in general easy to understand: It is pure divine justice and contains no loopholes, not even for a pope.

Take c. 108, it defines the clerical state and makes it clear that the pope is a cleric. C. 145 makes it evident that the Papacy is an ecclesiastical office established by divine law. C. 188 # 4 states that, if a cleric has fallen publicly away from the Catholic Faith, he makes a tacit resignation of his office, which resignation is accepted in advance by operation of law, and hence is effective without any declaration. Therefore, if a pope falls publicly away from the Catholic Faith, he is automatically out of office and is no longer pope. There can be no question about this, and the bull of Pope Paul IV, promulgated in 1559, should dispell any doubts whatsoever in this respect. No unbeliever can lawfully occupy the Chair of Peter. This would be against the divine will (Luke 22:32).

John XXIII no. 2 was elected to the Papacy on October 28, 1958, and his coronation was on November 4, 1958. At his coronation, he welcomed heretics and schismatics as separated brethren thereby violating his papal oath, his priestly oath and his oath against modernism, because heretics and schismatics do not belong to the Body of Christ and therefore are not separated brethren. The Magisterium of the Church has always taught that their belief is bound to lead them to eternal damnation unless before their death, they repent and are converted. As a matter of fact, they already belong to the mystical body of Satan. They can be saved though, but not by telling them how good they are, but by telling them the truth and by converting them to the Catholic Faith. This theme of the separated brethren was further and further expanded during the reign of John XXIII no. 2 and was the foundation of the so-called ecumenical movement whose sole aim is the destruction of the One Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church by bringing her down to the level of heretic and schismatic belief by means of brotherly dialogues. It is obvious that John XXIII no. 2 had perjured himself, that he never took his holy oaths seriously and that he made it publicly known at his coronation that he did not hold the true Catholic Faith, outside which no one can be saved. In accordance with ecclesiastical law and particularly in accordance with the bull of Pope Paul IV of 1559, John XXIII no. 2 was never a legitimate pope from the beginning of his reign but was an anti-pope, and none of his acts of power or administration may be deemed valid.

One of his first acts as so-called pope was to further violate ecclesiastical law by appointing in one swoop twenty-three new cardinals bringing the total of the College of Cardinals up to seventy-five. This was five above the canonical limit set by the apostolic constitution Postquam Vetus. He announced this intention to create twenty-three new cardinals on November 23, 1958, and on December 15 to 17, 1958, he held the consistory to illegitimately install these new cardinals. One of those newly appointed fellows was Amleto Cicognani the brother of Gaetano Cardinal Cicognani. This was a further violation of Postquam Vetus which prohibits the elevation to the Cardinalcy of one who is closely related to a living cardinal. Not only was Postquam Vetus thus violated but also the Code of Canon Law and, in particular, c. 231 and c. 232 which derive their origin from Postquam Vetus.

These newly appointed so-called cardinals were not only illegitimate because they were appointed by an anti-pope, but they were also illegitimate by virtue of c. 150 of the Code of Canon Law.

C. 150 # 1 states that the appointment to an office which is not vacant de iure is null, and the subsequent vacancy does not make it valid; and C. 150 # 2 states that the promise of an office which is not vacant de iure is void of juridical effect.

Anti-Pope John, however, did not stop after this initial achievement, because, in 1962, the year in which the Council of Great Shame was convoked, he created twelve more illegitimate new cardinals bringing the total of the College of Cardinals up to eighty-six. His successors, Anti-Pope Paul VI and Anti-Pope John Paul II, increased the number of this thus reformed college even further so that at present it has far more than one hundred illegitimate members.

The consequence of all this, of course, is that those cardinals, who legitimately elected John XXIII no. 2, themselves violated their own priestly oath because they did not take action against Anti-Pope John. According to c. 232 of the Code of Canon Law, the cardinals must be priests of outstanding learning, piety, judgment and ability. Therefore, when they accepted their own appointments to the Cardinalcy, they did thereby profess that they have all these qualities. And with all these self-professed qualities, they cannot see that John XXIII no. 2 has publicly fallen away from the Catholic Faith and has illegitimately appointed new cardinals? After all, when they themselves had made their own Profession of Faith, they swore to profess this true Catholic Faith, outside which no one can be saved, whole and unblemished to their dying breath. But now, with their consent to Anti-Pope John's new appointments to the Cardinalcy, they themselves fell publicly away from the Catholic Faith thereby relinquishing their own offices in accordance with c. 188 # 4. From December 17, 1958 on at least, the whole College of Cardinals ceased to exist as a legitimate body. Consequently, Paul VI, John Paul I and John Paul II were illegitimately elected. Moreover, these three gentlemen, who succeeded Anti-Pope John, had themselves already fallen publicly away from the Catholic Faith and, for this reason alone, could not hold the Office of the Papacy legitimately either. All their words, deeds and actions, their administration and all that proceeded from them - all these are without value and have no authority or command over anyone. And this applies particularly to the Documents of Vatican II and the New Roman Missal, both promulgated by Paul VI, and the New Code of Canon Law promulgated by John Paul II, which are all null and void of juridical effect.

From what has been demonstrated so far, it is evident that the whole Catholic Hierarchy, from pope down to porter, are all illegitimate; with the exception of certain Traditionalists who have preserved their true Catholic Faith. How could all this happen? Well, God permitted it as punishment for the sins and crimes of the world; and this is the essence of the Fatima message. God permitted that secret societies under the direction of the Synagogue of Satan infiltrated the Church, occupied key administrative positions and the teaching positions in Catholic seminaries, colleges and universities. In those places, where the future hierarchy was to be educated and trained, their minds were poisoned. There, they were elevated into the higher realms of theology, which was only to confuse them because they had not received a solid grounding in the doctrines and the law of the Church. They were never taught thoroughly the dogmatic canons and decrees of the ecumenical councils and the constitutions of the Church. Without such foundation, they became lost in the nebulous realms of modern theological explanations, so that, when they made their own Profession of Faith and their oath against modernism, they did not know what they were professing; as a matter of fact, most of them perjured themselves right there and then. And these were supposed to be the men to carry out the divine mission of Our Lord to save the world:

Mark 16:15. And he said to them: Go ye into the whole world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16. He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be condemned.

Therefore, if you believe and preach a false gospel, do you not deserve damnation?

Luke 14: 34. Salt is good. But if the salt shall loose its savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?
35. It is neither profitable for the land nor for the dunghill, but shall be cast out. He that has ears to hear, let him hear.

The Reformed Catholic Church of today is not the Church of Christ anymore. The great revolt, spoken of by the Apostle St. Paul (2 Thessalonians 2:3), is in progress. The Reformed Church is the great harlot Babylon, the mother of the fornications and abominations of the earth (Apocalypse 17:5). Not only is the pope illegitimate, but the rest of the hierarchy of this New Church also hold their ecclesiastical offices illegitimately and without canonical provision which is in violation of c. 147 # 1 of the Code of Canon Law. For this reason, the whole Babylonian Hierarchy is ipso facto excommunicated according to the law of the Church; (see Acta Apostolicae Sedis, 42-601; Digest, III, p. 69). This penalty of ipso facto excommunication for occupying or retaining an office, benefice or dignity without canonical provision is specifically reserved to the Holy See. But the Apostolic See is empty; this is divine justice!

Now, let us have a closer look at the validity of the new sacrament of orders as it is administered by the Babylonian bishops; does it still impress an indelible character on the recipient's soul? As has already been mentioned, the Catechism of the Council of Trent states on the sacraments in general that their form is so definite that any, even a casual deviation from it renders the sacrament null. Moreover, Pope Leo XIII in 1896 declared the Anglican Orders invalid because of continued imperfections in the rites of ordination and in the intention of the ordaining prelates. And what applies to the Anglican Orders aplies equally to the Babylonian Orders: they are invalid; to presume otherwise cannot be justified!

However, valid orders are so vital for the Church Militant that without them she would die because in time there would be no more ministers for the following sacraments: Confirmation, Holy Eucharist, Penance, Extreme Unction and Orders. Therefore, it is of prime importance that there are traditional bishops being ordained under the old rite. Furthermore, the charism of truth can only be preserved by episcopal ordination. Pope St. Pius X expressed this clearly with the Oath against Modernism where it states:

"... I firmly hold, then, and shall hold to my dying breath the belief of the Fathers in the charism of truth, which certainly is, was, and always will be in the succession of the episcopacy from the apostles. The purpose of this is, then, not that dogma may be tailored according to what seems better and more suited to the culture of each age; rather, that the absolute and immutable truth preached by the apostles from the beginning may never be believed to be different, may never be understood in any other way..."

It is therefore the duty of those traditional bishops, who rejected the reforms coming out of the Second Vatican Council, to ordain other bishops in order to preserve episcopal succession.

Now, let us see who the traditionalist bishops are who rejected the reforms coming out of the Second Vatican Council, i.e. the Council of Great Shame, and what they have done in order to restore Apostolic Authority in the Church of Christ. To my knowledge, there are only three: Archbishop Lefèbvre, Bishop de Castro-Mayer and Archbishop Ngô-Dinh-Thuc. Let us take a close look at each of them.

Archbishop Lefèbvre is a sort of self-appointed champion of the traditional movement. He established seminaries for the training of traditional priests and ordained new priests under the old rite. But he recognizes John XXIII no. 2, Paul VI, John Paul I and John Paul II as legitimate popes; and he is trying to come to some sort of accommodation with John Paul II whereby the Vatican would grant the Society of St. Pius X, which was founded by Archbishop Lefèbvre, the right to celebrate the Traditional Latin Mass. However, his actions are only creating confusion in traditional ranks, because he is not doing anything to preserve episcopal succession and has rejected suggestions to ordain other bishops under the old rite. What will happen once he dies? There will be nobody there to validly ordain the new priests who are going to come out of his seminaries. What will his society do then? Will the new priests be ordained under the new rite by a Babylonian bishop? The future of his society is doomed! Does he not realize these implications? Obviously, he is leading the Traditionalists in the wrong direction, giving them a false hope of preserving the Traditional Latin Mass. Archbishop Lefèbvre cannot be trusted, his actions betray him, and, for all intents and purposes, he serves the Synagogue of Satan; he does not want to restore Apostolic Authority in the Church. Moreover, during the Second Vatican Council, he was on a special commission appointed. by John XXIII no. 2 and was thus deeply involved in the preparation of the infamous documents of this Council of Great Shame. Now, he is trying to disassociate himself from this involvement, claiming that this Council could have been a wonderful event if he and the Traditionalists could have had their way. But this is not so; this Council was bad from the beginning and could have never been a good thing, because it was convoked by an anti-pope and was conducted by servants of the Synagogue of Satan with the sole aim of burying the dogma of the Faith.

Bishop de Castro-Mayer also recognizes John XXIII no. 2, Paul VI, John Paul I and John Paul II as legitimate popes. However, he refused to celebrate the New Mass and instructed all priests in his diocese of Santos, Brazil, to celebrate the Traditional Latin Mass and to adhere to the traditional liturgy. He also seems to have rejected all other reforms coming out of the Second VaticanCouncil. But in 1981, he was retired as bishop from his diocese and was succeeded by a Babylonian bishop. He never ordained another bishop and did therefore nothing to preserve apostolic succession; and all his efforts were in vain. Finally, in November 1983, he joined up with Archbishop Lefèbvre to publicly submit together with him the already mentioned manifesto to John Paul II. These two bishops contented themselves with only speaking out against these wicked works and in so doing, referred to 2 John l:11. They should have also taken cognizance of what St. John stated in the two preceding verses; namely:

2 John 1: 9. Whosoever revolteth, and continueth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that continueth in the doctrine, the same hath both the Father and the Son.
10. If any man come to you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into the house nor say to him, God speed you. 11. For he that saith unto him, God speed you, communicateth with his wicked works.

In view of this divine revelation, these two gentlemen addressed the Anti-Pope John Paul II as Most Holy Father and asked him to restore the Catholic Faith. In so doing, they themselves violated their own priestly oath and fell publicly away from the Catholic Faith. With this manifesto, both broke their bridges behind themselves and stepped outside the Church. This leaves us now only with Archbishop Ngô-Dinh-Thuc. Therefore, let us see what he has done and where he stands?

Archbishop Ngô-Dinh-Thuc realized very early what John XXIII no. 2 was up to and where he was leading the Church. He recognized that he was an anti-pope from the beginning and that his successors were of the same kind. He rejected the Second Vatican Council as illegitimate and heretic. He also realized that all the other bishops had fallen away from the Faith and that the Reformed Catholic Church was not the true Church of Christ anymore. In order to preserve apostolic succession, he proceeded to ordain other bishops under the old rite. Normally, bishops can only be ordained with the consent of the Apostolic See, However, due to the exceptional circumstances which have arisen, epikeia applies.

Epikeia is an interpretation exempting one from the law contrary to the clear words of the law and in accordance with the mind of the legislator. It is evidently a very exceptional thing. It may be used with prudent discretion, and is justified, only in a particular case where:

a) the strict interpretation of the law would work a great hardship; and
b) in view of the usual interpretation it may be prudently conjectured that, in this particular case, the legislator would not wish the law to be strictly applied.

Since Faith is a divine gift, it is by the grace of God that Archbishop Ngô-Dinh-Thuc did preserve it and that he became thus by Divine Choice the highest authority in the Church Militant. He fully realized his responsibility and lived up to it by ordaining under the old rite a number of new bishops in divers countries. [...]

This is the sad but hopeful situation the Church of Christ finds herself in today. The situation is sad because millions of souls have been misled and deceived. However, it is also hopeful because a great cleansing has taken place and a rejuvenated Church Militant will restore all things in Christ. [...]

If the requested consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Our Lady is not being made very soon, the Church Militant will suffer even more, and we shall all, including the mighty U.S.A., be subdued by murderous Kremlin Bolshevism. No atom bomb can protect us from this horrible fate. For this reason and particularly for the salvation of souls, I implore all traditional Catholics to petition Archbishop Ngô-Dinh-Thuc to make the consecration of Russia requested by Our Lady of Fatima. I also exhort them to make sacrifices for this intention and to pray the rosary daily.
